I tried Quercetin supplements and this is what happened…

Quercetin is having a moment right now – and for good reason. It can be found in fruits and veggies and is believed to have certain health benefits. Plus, it’s been making its way into people’s diets as a nutritional supplement. Quercetin is known for its antioxidant properties, which means it helps protect the body’s cells from damage caused by harmful molecules called free radicals.

I’ve been taking Quercetin for a while and have now been on my second bottle. I’ve seen some positive outcomes from using it, which is great. I’m gonna go over what worked for me in this blog, so keep reading!

My 2nd Quercetin Supplement bottle by Global Healing

Before I talk about the effects or the changes it made in my body, let me just remind you that while it is important to note that quercetin is generally considered safe most people when consumed in typical dietary amount, it’s always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional, before starting any new supplement regimen. Every body is different, and what works for me may not work for you.

So what worked?

When I started this supplement 2 months ago, the goal was to boost my immune system and somehow improve my cardiovascular health. I’ve been hearing great things about Global Healing supplements. So, thought I’d give one of their best sellers – Quercetin a try. Did some research about Quercetin and one of the many benefits of taking it is helping the blood vessels work better and function more efficiently. It’s encouraging to know that my cholesterol and blood pressure levels have been steady over the last month due to using this. While it’s not definitive proof of its effectiveness, I’m pleased that I can stop worrying about the condition of my heart.

I personally think that Quercetin has had a positive effect on my allergies related to rhinitis but I’ll have to take Quercetin for a longer period and monitor my progress to see if it truly affects me, since I’ve made so many adjustments to my diet and lifestyle recently.

Again, these are just my observations in more than 2 months of using this supplement. Bear in mind that, while quercetin has been proven to show positive results in clinical trials, more research needs to be done to understand all its benefits and drawbacks. Before taking quercetin as a supplement, it’s best to get the okay from your doctor, especially if you have any pre-existing health issues or are on any medications. That way, you can make sure it’s safe and the right choice for you.

If you wanna try Quercetin Supplement, get it from a reliable brand that focuses on using natural, organic and non-GMO ingredients in their products. Global Healing aims to provide natural solutions, without any fake ingredients, fillers or chemicals.
