Skin Benefits of RLT
I’ve been doing a lot of research on effective ways to care for my aging skin and I’d like to share my favorite one.
Red Light Therapy is incredible in a lot of ways, but what it can do for skin health is pretty remarkable, especially since I have psoriasis!
Science is showing that the use of red and near infrared light can aid in rejuvenating skin, anti-aging and overall skin health.
The research is becoming more compelling, and even celebrities and influencers are using it as a part of their daily routines as well.
My favorite RLT company, Mitoredlight has also seen in many of their customer reviews that they are experiencing some significant changes in the health of their skin.
While it’s no secret that there are many options out there for attempting to have more youthful, healthy skin… the vast majority of them have some pretty major drawbacks associated to them.
One of the best parts about utilizing Red Light Therapy is that unlike many of the other skin treatments out there (chemical peels, fillers, Microneedling, Microdermabrasion, botox, cosmetic surgery and the countless serums and creams available), in RLT…:
- There is no pain
- There are no lengthy appointments
- There are no days of hiding afterward
- There is no ongoing expense
- There are no reactions
- There is no toxicity
- There are no adverse side effects
With Red Light Therapy you are actually bettering your health overall while utilizing the device and you only need to do so for 5-10 minutes per day!
In fact, it is so effective that it is now being used in combination with many of the other treatments available, like microneedling, to speed healing and recovery while compounding their benefits as well.
If you’re curious to learn more and see the products that I recommend then you can check out this article on Mito Red Light’s blog: “Red Light Therapy for Anti-Aging, Skin Rejuvenation, Collagen Production and Overall Skin Health“
The anti-aging and skin rejuvenation benefits are reason enough to consider adding RLT to your daily health habits already.
The exciting part is that there really are so much more benefits available with this technology.
I’d love to hear if you have ever tried Red Light Therapy before…
If so, how did you like it? If not, why not?
Until next time, enjoy your day!
Talk to you again soon,
Mary.
