Mary’s health journey began during the pandemic, a season marked by fear, uncertainty, and countless trips to the ER due to sudden blood pressure spikes. Despite repeated visits, she was often sent home without clear answers. Feeling frustrated and unheard, she realized she could no longer be passive about her health — she had to seek understanding for herself.

That decision led Mary down the path of natural and alternative healing. Working with a naturopathic practitioner changed the way she viewed the body, illness, and long-term wellness. She began to understand that healing isn’t just about treating symptoms, but about addressing the root causes and supporting the body as a whole — physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Driven by a desire to truly understand how the body works, Mary immersed herself in studying holistic health. She completed formal training and became a certified health coach, gaining extensive knowledge in nutrition, supplementation, gut health, and lifestyle-based healing. Yet over time, through prayer and reflection, she realized that health coaching was not her true calling. While the education shaped her perspective and deepened her understanding, her purpose was not to coach — but to share, write, and create.
