My Parasite Cleanse Experience: Why You Should Try It for Better Gut Health
A few days ago, I decided to try Global Healing’s Paratrex for a gentle parasite cleanse. I had read about it through Global Healing and learned how parasites and harmful organisms can negatively impact digestion, energy levels, and even skin health. Since I’m always looking for ways to support my gut and overall wellness, I knew I had to give it a try.

Paratrex is formulated with natural ingredients like Black Walnut, Clove, and Diatomaceous Earth—known for their ability to help eliminate harmful organisms while promoting a balanced gut microbiome. Some of the key benefits include:
- Supports a healthy gut environment
- Helps eliminate harmful organisms
- Boosts digestion and nutrient absorption
- Supports immune function
I started taking Paratrex as directed—two capsules in the morning and two in the evening on an empty stomach. For the first day or two, I didn’t really notice much. But by Day 3, oh boy… I knew something was happening. 😅
The Detox Reactions Kicked In
They say when you cleanse, you might experience “die-off” symptoms as harmful organisms start to break down and exit your system. And let me tell you, I felt it!
- Mild headaches – It felt like a dull pressure, almost like my body was adjusting. I made sure to drink lots of water, which helped.
- Fatigue & brain fog – I usually have a good amount of energy throughout the day, but I noticed I was feeling more sluggish than usual. It was like my body was working overtime to flush out the toxins.
- Bloating & mild stomach discomfort – This one surprised me the most! My digestion was a little off, but I knew this was part of the cleansing process.
- Changes in bowel movements – I won’t get too detailed here, but let’s just say my gut was definitely doing some spring cleaning. 😆
What Helped Me Feel Better?
I knew these detox symptoms were temporary, so instead of panicking, I focused on supporting my body through the process:
- Drinking plenty of water to help flush everything out
- Eating clean & avoiding sugar (since parasites thrive on sugar)
- Getting enough rest so my body could focus on healing
- Taking binders like activated charcoal to help absorb toxins
Was It Worth It?
Even though the first few days were a little rough, I already feel like my gut is responding positively! My bloating is going down, and my digestion feels more “awake.” I’m excited to see how I feel after a full cleanse. I’ll keep you posted on my progress!
